Treatment Information

You will find us at 24 Lismore Road, Highworth, SN67HU. 

We accept cash or card for payments. Card payments have to be over £5.

The salon is by appointment only, we do not accept walk ins.  

You can park on the drive or just outside the house. 

We please ask not to block any neighbouring driveways or homes.

To keep the salon running smoothly and in fairness to other clients we would greatly appreciate at least 24hrs notice of any cancellation or alterations to any appointments.

 We know emergencies and situations beyond our control can sometimes happen. We can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances, but it is very difficult to fill an appointment last minute. If 24hrs notice is not given a 50% charge of your treatment fee will apply.
For clients who miss appointments regularly or cancel with very little notice, we will take payment up front for future appointments. 

Appointments are offered on a first come, first served basis only. 

You are able to book all your appointments through our website, or you can call/text or email. 

If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to complete your treatment, but we may have to shorten it. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to rebook your treatment. A 50% charge of your treatment fee will apply.
